You have a challenging mission to: 

oversee and coordinate the successful deployment of fiber optic infrastructure in the field, ensuring that all construction, installation, and testing activities meet technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines, while effectively managing contractors, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining high-quality network performance

What you will do:

• Subcontractors’ /inhouse teams’ supervision and coordination 
• Monitor and evaluation of field teams´ daily activities.
• Keep track of remaining resources and materials inventory
• Report to the Top Management regarding the projects´ status.
• Validate subcontractors’ certifications.

It would be great if you have:

• Proven Experience on civil and optic fiber works 
• Knowledge of fiber technologies and materials
• Knowledge of safety procedures, techniques, and equipment
• Problem solving, analytical skills to assess special situations.
• Organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
