You have a challenging mission to: 

• Install and activate fiber optic (FTTH) connections in residential and small business environments
• Perform on-site inspections, measurements, and network certifications
• Handle cabling, fiber splicing, and terminations with precision
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Deliver high-quality customer service, explaining connection setup and equipment usage to clients
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth and timely completion of installations
• Adhere to safety standards and project timelines at all times

What you will do:

• Installation of Phase C fiber optic networks (FTTH).
• Activation and certification of provided services.
• Installation of fiber optic cables according to specifications.
• Performing tests and inspections using OTDR, power meters, and other measuring instruments.
• Adherence to work instructions and standards, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adapting to changing priorities and contributing to the achievement of project goals.
• Communicating with customers and providing technical solutions.
• Timely and accurate reporting to the client.

It would be great if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in fiber optic projects.
• Knowledge of Splicing and fiber termination with mechanical connectors.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Huawei fiber handling (transparent fiber using a heat gun).
• Familiarity with wall drilling tools (impact drill, rotary hammer).
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical equipment and IT systems.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Valid driver's license (at least Category B).
• Fulfilled military obligations .
• Team spirit and absolute commitment to safety regulations.
