You have a challenging mission to: ensure the accurate measurement, verification, and documentation of all construction quantities in the field, aligning executed works with project drawings and contractual requirements, while supporting cost control, progress monitoring, and transparent reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will do:
- Verify that executed works align with project drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets, reports, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to validate progress
- Submit necessary documentation to customer’s tool
- Support the preparation of payment certificates and cost estimates
- Identify discrepancies between planned and executed quantities and report them promptly
- Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of project progress
- Assist in maintaining proper records for audits and project closeout
It would be great if you have:
- Previous experience in measurements, quantity surveying, or construction site supervision
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction specifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with measurement or project management tools
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data recording
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of cost control and construction processes
