You have a challenging mission to: 

become the liaison between management, clients, and technical crews in the field. The role requires excellent organizational skills, quick thinking, and responsibility to ensure the smooth progress of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects.

What you will do:

• Schedule and coordinate daily tasks for fiber optic technical crews.
• Monitor project progress (Rollout) and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Communicate with clients for scheduling installation appointments and resolving issues.
• Collect and review of field reports (reporting) and timely submit to client’s tools.
• Inventory and equipment management required for technicians' daily operations.
• Back-office support for service certification and closing project files.

It would be great if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar office position (Back Office / Operations), ideally within the telecommunications sector.
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
