Job Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance activities of high-tech electronic medical devices.
- Conduct control checks and testing.
- Provide technical support and training to Distributors’ service engineers.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to end users of our devices.
- Update the company’s ERP system for technical issues monitoring purposes.
- Handle administrative matters of the technical service department and ad hoc supporting activities as required.
Requirements:
- Vocational or technical degree (IEK, ATEI, etc.) in Electronics engineering or related
- At least 2 years proven relevant experience as an electronics or technical service engineer
- Familiarity with diagnostic and measurement instruments
- In-depth electronics engineering skills are highly preferable
- Professional technical service support skills are essential
- Positive, problem-solving, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to demonstrate ownership of an issue until fully resolved
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
