EPE (Environmental Protection Engineering S.A.) is seeking to hire a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure the delivery of a support service which exceeds customers’ expectations in professionalism, solution provision and turnaround.
Main responsibilities
➢ Study, analyze project specifications and provide customer with solutions
➢ Provide troubleshooting and technical instructions to the client
➢ Communicate with third parties for the replacement of defective or damaged spare parts and handle claims
➢ Have a clear understanding of technical issues and manage win-win solutions for all parties.
➢ Provide customer service support
Job requirements
➢ Bachelor's degree in Engineering as minimum requirement; Electrical, Naval or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
➢ Familiarization with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment onboard vessels will be considered a strong asset.
➢ Sound technical background
➢ Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and third parties.
➢ Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
➢ Clear and effective oral and written communication in English
