This multifaceted role seeks an Architect / Interior Designer, being capable of understanding of luxury resort environments, and the ability to translate brand identity into refined architectural and interior concepts, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. This position offers opportunities for growth and development in the specialized field of hotel architecture.
Architect / Interior Designer
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Lead the development of architectural and interior design concepts that embody Domes Resorts’ brand identity, luxury positioning, and experiential storytelling.
- Translate strategic brand vision into sophisticated, high-impact design solutions that elevate guest experience and emotional engagement.
- Oversee design quality across all project phases, from concept creation to final execution, ensuring excellence, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Drive creative direction for new developments, renovations, and brand enhancement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Ensure full alignment with brand standards, quality benchmarks, and luxury performance metrics.
- Provide strategic oversight and design governance for internal teams, external consultants, and creative partners.
- Review and approve architectural and interior design deliverables to maintain aesthetic integrity, technical accuracy, and brand coherence.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor on-site implementation, conduct design reviews, and resolve high-level design and execution challenges.
- Balance creative ambition with commercial awareness, managing budgets, timelines, and value optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, sustainability, and safety requirements across all design outputs.
- Guide the selection of materials and finishes, and prepare detailed FF&E schedules and specifications to ensure premium quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion innovation, trend awareness, and continuous improvement in hospitality and lifestyle design.
- Represent the design function with confidence, professionalism, and ownership at executive and stakeholder level.
Requirements
Useful to have:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts, hotels, or high-end residential projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design, architectural detailing, and interior design projects.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural and interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Ability to produce clear presentations, drawings, and visual materials.
