The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to track, coordinate, and drive the progress of multiple real estate and construction projects. The role focuses on execution, timelines, cost control, and reporting, acting as the central point between technical teams, contractors, suppliers, and management.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep projects moving, identify risks early, and ensure alignment between plan and reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor project progress across all phases (design, permits, construction, delivery)
• Maintain and update project timelines, milestones, and critical paths
• Coordinate daily with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
• Monitor budget execution in coordination with procurement and finance
• Verify progress against BOQs, contracts, and schedules
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management
• Conduct site visits and document progress with reports and photos
• Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and agreed deliverables

Required Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in project management (construction, real estate, or development)
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, timelines, and coordination
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and schedules
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English
• Proficient in Excel and project tracking tools

Nice to Have

• Background in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management
• Experience with hospitality or mixed-use developments
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
