• Develop and implement market expansion strategies and business plans
• Identify new business opportunities in targeted regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients & agents
• Represent SABO at global exhibitions, conferences & client meetings
• Prepare and perform commercial presentations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales & Marketing to align strategies
• Monitor global market trends & competition

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master is a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position in technical / engineering / construction companies
• Good understanding of industrial machinery, automation or engineering solutions
• Excellent command of English & French (additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Strong strategic thinking & negotiations skills
• Availability to travel internationally
