The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Data Analyst | Αναλυτής Δεδομένων”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Electrical Maintenance Manager of the Underground Electricians department in Olympias.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform condition monitoring, log possible actions, update relevant personnel (planner, scheduler, foreman), and add to SAP.
- Act as PI Specialist, responsible for system additions, configurations, Asset Framework setup, and trainings.
- Track and maintain equipment data and history in SAP for RCA.
- Set up, update, and monitor Power BI reports.
- Energy and energy-reduction measurements and KPI calculations, including ECMS-related tasks.
- Ensure proper and timely tracking of SCADA, PI, and Power BI data.
- Participation in data collection for audits (environmental, ISO, SIMS, etc.)
- Coordinate and monitor daily wages and overtime, while keeping HR informed.
- Monitor and organize electricians’ license upgrades for the progression system.
- Coordinate training and medical examinations in consultation with the Automation and Mine Electrician Foremen.
- Support the collection and monitoring of documents for contracts.
- Organize files and maintain the archive.
Requirements:
- At least a TE degree in either Computer Engineering, Programming, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, or proven experience with the aforementioned software or database systems and data analysis.
- Previous experience is not required but will be considered an asset.
- Experience in SAP, Power BI, and/or AVEVA PI is desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Driving license.
