What will you be doing?

The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate installation teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion, while also managing and supporting the project workforce.

Specifically:

• Supervision and coordination of installation teams
• Monitoring project progress and preparing technical reports
• Ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Measurements and cost control of work performed
• Managing project workforce (training, ERGANI system, leave management)
• Collaborating with internal and external project teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (University/Technological Institute)
• ≥2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel within Greece & abroad
• Valid driver’s license
