ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, CROWN HELLAS, a key player in the packaging sector specializing in the production of high-quality beverage and food cans, is seeking an 
Quality Engineer to join and develop their new production line.

📌 Location: Corinthos
🖋️ Reports to: Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and food safety data across production and ensure conformity with specifications.
• Support daily production meetings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve Quality & Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Assist in internal audits, customer audits and supplier evaluations; track corrective actions.
• Manage product, manufacturing and raw material specifications and ensure proper documentation.
• Investigate customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions and update relevant databases.
• Support materials and tooling trials and document results.
• Monitor HFIs, analyze trends and communicate findings to production teams.
• Ensure traceability and proper filing of all QA/QC documentation.
• Participate in training related to Quality, Food Safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in industrial quality assurance or production environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO standards).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent command of Greek & English.
