The facilities are in Agios Thomas, Voiotia and include scrap recycling processing unit, a melting and casting unit and melting and homogenizing furnaces with an annual production capacity of 60.000tons.

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to join our Production team. You will ensure that the production process meets the technical specifications and KPIs.
Your role:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Contribute to production planning operations to meet production targets.
- Monitor and optimizing process parameters.
- Support troubleshooting in production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
- Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- 2-5 years of working experience in an industrial environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
- PC Literacy
- Demonstrated communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
