Ever wondered what it feels like to be an Application Support Consultant - Card Transactions in Netcompany?

As an Application Support Consultant - Card Transactions, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Configure and customize software applications according to client specifications.
• Conduct system demonstrations, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
• Assist in the deployment, integration, and implementation of applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and procedures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Gather feedback from clients to inform future enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/AIX operating systems and hands-on expertise in Shell and Perl scripting.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, including SQL and Oracle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Knowledge of business process modeling.
• Experience working in a client-facing role.
• Experience with Card switching systems and integration tools like Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle Weblogic.
• Ability to provide technical training and support.
