Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical & Service Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role blends technical support, service coordination, and documentation management, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service for our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical support to clients and service partners.
• Coordinate service and commissioning activities onboard vessels and at shipyards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and service reports.
• Manage spare parts and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain ERP data, part numbers, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and marine regulations.
• Support continuous improvement in service and documentation workflows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or related field).
• Experience in technical support, service engineering, or technical documentation, ideally in the marine industry.
• Familiarity with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of marine equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft 365) and PDM systems (e.g., SharePoint, EPDM) is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
