• Create quotes and orders for Retrofit standard product portfolio
• Maintain and update technical documentation and customer reports                                                               
• Coordinate and execute technical documentation (Prepare and update PUT files, Cocos, SPAF files, generate EPL report.
• Manage classification and amendment ordering processes 
• Ensure technical accuracy in order handling ( 4-eye checks, Follow up on missing technical data from customers or IGC) 
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries Ensure proper coordination and clarification of technical data/questions for customer orders
• Develop and maintain technical “how-to” guides and process documentation

You can help us with these qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field 
• Solid experience with handling and monitoring component flows in an ERP system (SAP)
• Experience as project coordinator executing technical projects/products              
• Experience with technical documentation
• Familiarity with marine engines, engine performance, and emission-related solutions is a strong advantage     
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach
• Commercial and technical mindset with customer focus
• Fluency in written and oral English
