SOYA HELLAS S.A. is one of Greece’s largest industrial and commercial companies, currently seeking a Production Manager (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, University Degree) for the Extractor Unit at its industrial facility in Psachna, Evia.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring optimal performance of production lines, and managing personnel effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the production schedule to ensure efficiency and timely output.
• Optimize production lines and human resources for maximum performance.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager to upgrade production systems, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment alongside the Technical Manager.
• Ensure timely repairs and availability of spare parts/materials in coordination with the Technical Manager.
• Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring documentation aligns with current legislation and industry standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
• Monitor and fine-tune production machinery in collaboration with operators and shift Engineers.
• Assess and manage personnel performance to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; a master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• At least five (5) years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in control and automation is preferred (SIEMENS PLC, SCADA).
• Knowledge of steam boiler operation and steam networks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and personnel management skills.
• Initiative and results-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on approach to solving technical problems.
• Consistency, professionalism, and responsibility.
• Completed military obligations for male candidates.
• Relocation to Central Evia or nearby areas is required.
