Maris Polymers is seeking a dynamic Production Engineer to join our team in Inofyta. This hybrid role combines hands-on production oversight with process optimization and project management. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and troubleshoot process issues
- Lead improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Apply Lean and TQM tools to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, R&D, and EHS/WCM
- Monitor KPIs and report performance trends
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in Lean, TQM, and project execution
- Familiarity with ERP/MMS systems and industrial equipment
