Kariera.gr, on behalf of a leading manufacturing company located in the Inofyta area, is looking to hire a Junior Engineer - Production & Maintenance Department

Key Responsibilities:
· Daily monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of production lines
· Implementation and adherence to procedures and guidelines of the Production Department
· Identification and hands-on resolution of technical issues during equipment operation
· Participation in the execution of the preventive maintenance program
· Management of orders for spare parts and auxiliary materials
· Contribution to the planning and implementation of improvement actions and department projects

Requirements:
· Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute) or a relevant technical field
· Preferred experience of 0-1 year in a maintenance department (e.g., bearing and belt replacements, basic knowledge of pneumatic systems)
· Good command of the English language
· Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
· Strong analytical thinking and technical understanding
· Willingness to learn and grow professionally
