Alumil is seeking a dedicated and skilled HSE Manager to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives in Greece.

As the HSE Manager, you will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective HSE policies and strategies that ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. You will advocate for a culture of safety throughout the organization, ensuring that the well-being of our employees is prioritized and that environmental responsibilities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legislations and company's goals.
• Conduct regular audits of the facility and operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Lead risk assessments and implement effective safety strategies to mitigate identified hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees to foster a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, develop reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in health and safety standards.
• Prepare and present HSE reports to senior management, outlining progress and areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate safety into their processes and operations.
• Ensure proper emergency response and preparedness plans are established and communicated.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage all levels of staff.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Office as well as in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management software and reporting tools.
• Experienced in health and safety (NEBOSH) will be highly considered.
• Proficient command of the English language.
