A leading Technical/Service Company is seeking to fill the position of IoT Senior Technician.

This role focuses on remote support for the commissioning and after-sales technical service of telemetry and automation systems, mainly for the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to Service Engineers and Marine customers

• Assist in the commissioning and troubleshooting of automation/telemetry systems remotely

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve services and client experience

• Use Microsoft tools (M365, Teams, SharePoint) to support workflows and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational background or experience in Electronics, Automation, or System Design

• Good understanding of Networking & IT systems

• Basic familiarity with Linux OS

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive mindset
