Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Technical Director
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot faults, and ensure equipment uptime
• Monitor maintenance budgets and manage spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and optimize operations
• Supervise and coordinate the execution of new technical projects
• Contribute to annual CAPEX/project planning
• Support productivity and quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Participate in training and development of maintenance staff

Candidate Profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
• Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
• Excellent knowledge of electrical design and automation systems
• Solid understanding of PLC systems
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Strong skills in MS Office
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is a strong plus
• Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable)
