We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead our engineering team in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Features of This Role:
- manages the electrical installation status of the plants in Greece, ensuring they meet both local and international standards and regulations
- oversees, coordinates, and carries out electrical installation projects while meticulously maintaining documentation archives
- monitors energy consumption and has a critical role in energy management according to the company's policies

Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of electricians, cultivating a collaborative and productive team environment. Delegate tasks, establish priorities, and offer technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering output.
- Coordinate, develop, and implement electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion in accordance with specifications. Assess, authorize, and, when necessary, execute electrical system designs and schematics to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, while maintaining an updated documentation archive.
- Guarantee that electrical designs adhere to safety standards, optimize efficiency, and fulfill operational specifications.
- Participate in troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems during project execution.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. IT, Maintenance Team) to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems with other infrastructure. Communicate project updates, technical information, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Operate the energy consumption measurement system, suggests installation improvements and strategies that leads to achieve goals like increasing efficiency, reducing costs, or upgrading infrastructure. Contributes to the company's energy saving policy as an active member of the company's Energy Management Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in the electrical panels design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experienced in Industrial installations project management.
- Experience in electrical maintenance and automation (MV and LV switchboards, PLC's, motor drives, SCADA systems, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical CAD software, such as EPLAN.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to electrical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work internationally.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the English language.
