This pivotal role combines pre-sales engineering expertise with hands-on solution implementation and post-delivery support, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our advanced telematics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engineering

Provide expert technical pre-sales support for B2B accounts, acting as a technical liaison during the sales cycle

Lead the design, setup, and monitoring of pilot projects and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), gathering insights and showcasing solution capabilities

Solution Implementation & Delivery

Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, from requirements gathering to successful deployment

Configure and optimize our G4S Mobility platform according to the customer’s requirements

Design and implement customized alarms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific client operational needs

Provide comprehensive initial training sessions for clients, ensuring seamless adoption and user proficiency

Perform quality control checks post-installation, especially for large-scale deployments

Customer Support & Optimization

Serve as a primary L2 technical support contact via Zoho HelpDesk, effectively resolving complex customer issues and complaints

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to escalate issues and contribute to continuous product improvement based on customer feedback

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical implementation, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or similar role, preferably within the telematics, IoT, SaaS, or automotive technology sectors

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mind and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure
