Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Civil Concrete Foreman ,to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, to be responsible for coordinating concrete operations on-site, ensuring adherence to structural and quality standards.

During your day you will:

• Coordinate concrete works including formwork, rebar, pouring, and curing
• Allocate tasks to concrete labor teams and ensures efficient execution
• Ensure compliance with formwork and reinforcement shop drawings
• Monitor concrete placement, compaction, and curing processes
• Coordinate concrete delivery schedules with batching plants
• Check concrete quality, slump tests, and sampling on-site
• Report progress and issues to the Civil Engineer

What you need to stand out:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Technological Educational Institute)
• At least 3 years of experience in allocating tasks and supervising concrete labor teams
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and standards
• Familiarity with formwork and reinforcement drawings
• Understanding of concrete quality control tests and curing processes
• Awareness of scheduling and coordination with batching plants
• Good command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
