Unipakhellas Central S.a. (Member of INDEVCO Group) is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join its Paper Mill plant in Central Greece.

Job Responsibilities:

· - Lead the shift electrical team by distributing the electrical tasks on electrical shift technicians

· - Lead the execution of Routine checks on all electrical equipment to identify problems or potential risks and notify the Electrical senior team leader

· - Give work instructions to execute electrical upgrade projects to improve the process and daily operation while reducing contracting cost

· - Administer vacations and over time of shift technicians to fulfill the vacation plan and reduce overtimes as much as possible

· - Prepare the daily shift reports, that highlights; machine break downs, equipment failure, instruments misreading, and notify the electrical supervisor accordingly

· - Assists the Electrical supervisor in doing the performance appraisal, promotions, and related Benefits for electrical technicians

· - Train new and existing technicians on the main electrical equipment to facilitate their integration and develop their skills

· - Be a role model in terms of HSE strategy and policy of the organization and ensure site meets all local/national regulatory requirements in HSE standards

· - Prepare risk assessments for job executions and provide safety leadership, support, and advice to mitigate risks

Required Qualifications:

· - Electrical engineering degree or Technical electrical engineering degree

· - Knowledge of Reading Electrical Diagrams

· - Good knowledge of English

· - Experience: 2 to 5 years in an industrial environment

· - Team player and a continuous improvement approach
