📌 Location: Kifisia

🖋️ You will be reporting to: General Manager

Your daily activities will include, and you will be familiar with:

• Supervision and organization of maintenance and repair work of all the company's properties
• Communication with external workshops and suppliers
• Monitoring the schedule and budget of the work
• Preparation of comparative tables for the evaluation of tenders
• Keeping a diary and project records
• Prevention and resolution of technical problems
  Guidance/cooperation with the person in charge in the residences of Paros

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering (TEI/AEI)
• 3-5 years of experience in building construction and maintenance
• Availability to travel (Paros, per month)

• Leadership ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Initiative
