- Solve any mechanical issue that results in production delays
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment
- Monitor and control maintenance cost
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking mechanical material stock to determine inventory
- Create instruction and documentation for the use and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Participate in the installation of new machinery
- Improve health and safety procedure
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (5 years degree)
- Master's degree will be considered a plus
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Good level of IT skills will be considered a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
