TERNA ENERGY S.A., member of GEK TERNA Group, is currently looking for:

Project Finance Specialist (EU RES Projects Division)

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluates potential investments in renewable energy potential projects proposed by the business development team
• Prepares business plan presentations, information memorandums, bank teasers & reports addressed to Banks
• Develops financial models that project cash flows / calculates debt covenants at a project and/or corporate level and runs sensitivity analysis
• Analyzes and comprehends legal documents on financial structures and modeling and ensures compliance to all standards and deadlines
• Supports the cash flow monitoring and planning
• Reviews financing term sheets and related documentation
• Participates in the due diligence process of the financing workstream and cooperates with financial advisors for any structuring aspect
• Participates and contributes to negotiations regarding project finance documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an asset
• 5+ years’ proven related experience on Corporate finance, ideally on Renewable Energy sector
• Credit analysis and financial modelling capabilities
• Knowledge/ prior experience in financing documents negotiations and related legal aspects
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English is essential (oral and written)
