Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, innovative software products that solve real-world problems and meet the requirements and expectations of our clients
• Maintain and support existing software systems and ensure their optimal performance, stability and reliability
• Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and review software projects
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise with them.
• Work on multiple complex projects simultaneously and manage their time and tasks effectively
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in software engineering and apply them to their work

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development using Java
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and testing methodologies
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with web architecture and web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English

Desired Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Experience working with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Experience working with WildFly Application Server
• Comfortable performing Unit and Integration testing
• Experience in front-end development with JavaScript, Angular, React
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle), including modelling and writing complex queries
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Docker containers
• Software engineering tools such as Git and CI/CD (e.g. GitLab, SonarQube)
• Familiarity with complete SDLC (design, develop, test, deploy, document, etc.)
