Your main purpose
Safety Program Development and Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment and compliance with state and regulatory standards.
Training and Education: Conduct comprehensive safety training for employees, including the development of training materials and tracking of employee participation.
Inspection and Audits: Perform regular safety inspections and audits, and collaborate with department heads to address safety deficiencies.
Incident Management: Investigate and report safety incidents, analyzing root causes to develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Emergency Response and Communication: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and foster a culture of safety through effective communication across the organization.
Continuous Improvement and Vendor Management: Identify areas for safety improvements, implement corrective measures, and ensure vendor and contractor compliance with safety standards.
What will you bring?
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury, tourism, or hospitality sector.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solution-oriented and proactive personality with the ability to travel when needed.
- Strong project, time management, and communication skills.
- Superior command of English, both in written and verbal forms.
