What you will do:

• Support the project’s budgeting activities during development phase for investment approval defining the capex expenditure S-curve.
• Perform risk analysis review (time&cost) of the projects and monitor the critical activities and relevant mitigation actions
• Define Cost Breakdown Structure as per Administration, Control and Finance requirements as well as per industrial accounting company rules on SAP.
• Control and monitor project total capex expenditure checking that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded, periodically updating actual, committed costs and rolling forecast with respect to the capex baseline according to company procedures/ methods.
• Provide cost impact analysis during change order requests/claims process in cooperation with the other Project Team members.
• Control of project man hours and internal costs.
• Prepare economical project reports in accordance with company procedures/standards and tools for Project Team and Management review, clearly indicating critical points and extra costs/savings delta analysis.
• Prepare Project Master Schedule (Level 1 & 2), develop Level 3 schedule for all disciplines.
• Interface with EPC functions, Contractors, and company Site and project management to provide scheduling data for the whole Project activities and resolution of potential schedule/work problems.
• Evaluate, monitor and compare the baseline with the actual progress and spent man-hours.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Attend periodical project meetings.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years in project controlling, project planning, cost estimating and cost controlling, preferably in RES field.
• BSc. in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of MS Project is a must.
• Experience of writing reports and communicating with project members of all levels.
• Knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of research and data collection.
• Knowledge of Accounting Process (SAP module PS; SAP module MM a plus).
• Expert use of MS Excel.
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, presentation and reporting.
