So what’s the challenge…

The Architect – Engineer’s role is to work with the Retail Design and Development Team for the delivery of and various design and construction projects related to OPAP Stores network development. He/she will also need to assist in a broad range of project responsibilities.    

Your day to day will include:

• Developing project 2d design from preliminary to full construction drawings and documentation using software design tools
• Gathering and analysing relevant information to provide architectural solutions
• Reviewing in detail the architectural conceptual proposals  
• Creating Graphics for OPAP stores ready to print and 3d model creation for various projects
• Preparing and monitoring the technical specifications based on Greek legislation related to buildings’ design and development    
• Checking compliance with Urban Authorities designs & identify arbitrary constructions
• Liaising with government authorities, assisting with technical administration material  
• Managing end to end assigned projects on a regular basis and ad hoc
• Working closely with project team members and colleagues to ensure alignment and provision of deliverables on time 

What you need to succeed: 

• BArch (5 years) in Architecture; MSc is preferable
• 2+ years of related professional experience
• Good knowledge of architectural subject and related legal frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of NOK (ΓΟΚ) & Law 4495/17 and relevant legislation
• Previous experience in retail engineering will be considered as a great asset
• Proficient user of AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp with Vray, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of Illustrator and In design
• Good knowledge of architectural subject and related legal frameworks
• Self-motivated, passionate and with a results-driven approach
• Ability to take the proper initiatives, demonstrating energy and a “can do” attitude
• Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously 
• A genuine team player who works efficiently both on its own and within a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English languages (oral & written)
• Organizational skills, flexibility, creativity, agility, and attention to detail
