As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and is seeking an On the Job Trainer.
We are seeking an On-the-Job Trainer based in Athens to strengthen training and staff development in our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and adapting educational programs for the Energy Advisors in our stores, with the aim of delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Train new employees on company procedures and policies
- Design and deliver training programs and seminars for existing staff
- Provide guidance and support to employees during their day-to-day work
- Assess training needs and adapt training programs according to requirements
- Collaborate with management to develop training strategies and performance improvement initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate trainees’ progress and provide feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a training or coaching role, ideally in the energy sector or mobile telecommunications services
- Ability to travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
- Knowledge of the company’s products and services will be considered an asset
- Strong planning and organizational skills
