Part-time Lecturers in Physiotherapy

Job Description
Mediterranean College seeks to appoint Lecturers in the School of Health & Sports
Sciences, specifically in programmes related to Physiotherapy. Successful candidates will be
expected to teach in both Greek and English at the undergraduate level, while also
contributing to the academic development of the School.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a related postgraduate degree
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field

Desirable Qualifications & Characteristics:

• PhD in a relevant subject
• Academic or professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

           o Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
           o Neurological Rehabilitation
           o Cardiovascular and Respiratory Physiotherapy
           o Sports Physiotherapy
           o Research Methods in Physiotherapy

• Familiarity with the British educational system
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Innovative thinking and commitment to continuous improvement
• Responsibility and professional integrity
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
