We are looking for a professional with strong skills, enthusiasm, and eagerness to work in the Marketing & Communications team of WSPC, the leading educational organization in wines, spirits, beverages and coffee-cocoa-tea in Greece. WSPC is among Top 12 WSET Providers worldwide. The position supports and refers to the Operations Director and the General Mng by performing a wide variety of activities aligned with the Marketing, Communications and Operational goals of the company.

This role is at the heart of the communications strategy in the creation and delivery of multi-channel communications campaigns.

The Communications Manager will maximise the company 'voice’ across both B2B and B2C channels, working with a wide range of stakeholders.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 30 – 35 years old
• Military service completed (in case of male candidates)

Educational / professional background

• Master’s Degree in Marketing and/ or Advertising required.
• Digital Marketing Educated (Social Media & Corporate Sites) required.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office –emphasis on Power Point presentations & Excel).
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or similar field. Experience in the Wine / Spirits industry will be considered an extra bonus.
• Proficiency in English.
• Letter of recommendation required.
• WSPC Qualifications will be appreciated.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to assist the coordination, production and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Creativity and solid skills in content creation and publishing (digital marketing/ social media/ Press).
• Site Pages Updating.
• Site publishing of new articles.
• Assist to the Operational Goals and Deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver work within the deadlines set.
• A high level of integrity to work with confidential information and manage competing considerations.
• Customer-oriented ethic and authority to promote and maintain at all times the company’s standards and policies when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• The thirst for learning and developing his/ her skills. 
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the tactical execution of marketing & communications projects.
• Support the implementation of projects such as: the production of any type of marketing material (e.g. visuals, POS etc), website updates, social media, digital campaigns, Press Office.
• Work with vendors to establish quotes, production schedules, and delivery of materials.
• Manage external vendors and agency partners.
• Act as liaison between the Marketing & Communications team and the Operations department. Interact with all WSPC departments.
• Operate the Press Office, create and send out Press Releases and enhance Media Relations (Trade and Business).
• Plan, organize and deliver events that meet high standards and marketing goals. Create tailor-made content (power points, supportive material).
• Maintain reports and deliver evaluation documents for the management team together with the Operations Dpt.
