As an Training and Quality Manager on our team, you will do:

• Construct the training roadmap (initial and ongoing) 
• Manage activity workload depending on the schedule
• Ensure the deployment of all the trainings
• Control the quality of training materials as well as their updates 
• Analyze the difficulties encountered by advisors and set up corrective actions
• Share news with project stakeholders and control of their proper dissemination/understanding
• Develop and ensure the proper filling of tools
• Ensure the proper use of the teaching methods on training projects
• Design modules, workshops for the project based on the needs of employees, and training project productions.
• Be the business and insight link for the client
• Maintain quality/training dashboards and pass information on to project/customer teams
• Participate in Production/Steering committees (generic or quality) and present the training strategy/project quality.
• Suggest ideas
• Lead, collect the ideas of project collaborators and forward them to the client
• Analyze feedbacks and the results of customer satisfaction surveys and share the findings / recommendations with the client.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client tools
• Plan/size the team based on project needs
• Follow the team deliverables
• Increase team competences on processes and client tools
• Develop the teaching skills of trainers 
• Manage collaborators (follow-ups and periodic evaluation)
• Establish a good collaboration between his/her teams and team leaders
• Ensure and manage quality for all processes

  • Have experience managing a team
  • Have experience in Quality Analysis
  • Have experience in training

  • Identify and seek the right contacts depending on the needs and context.
  •  Identify the key elements and convey appropriate solutions
  • Can communicate ideas clearly to share information and if necessary, to facilitate effective decision-making.Independently take adapted and efficient decisions and implement action plans allowing to anticipate difficulties.
  • Meet expressed requests or needs by providing a fast and effective response. 
  • Adapt learning methods to the needs and levels of trained public. Identify the different profiles of trainees and adapt communication accordingly.

Master all the norms and labels within the perimeter and their implementation provisions.
