Role Objective:

Role Objective:
Responsible for maximizing online revenue across all digital channels by managing website performance, OTA visibility, digital campaigns, and conversion optimization. The role ensures that the hotels' online presence, pricing presentation, and digital marketing efforts effectively convert demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Booking Engine Performance
- Manage hotel websites and booking engines to maximise direct booking conversion.
- Ensure correct rate display, room descriptions, and package presentation.
- Optimise landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
OTA Channel Optimisation
- Manage visibility and performance on platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTAs.
- Execute and monitor OTA campaigns, promotions, and TravelAds.
- Improve hotel ranking and conversion through content optimisation and performance analysis.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work with marketing team (agency) on paid search, meta search, and online advertising.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with revenue strategy and need periods.
- Monitor ROI of campaigns and channel performance.
Content & Online Presence
- Maintain accurate photos, descriptions, amenities, and room information across all channels.
- Optimise listings to improve guest engagement and conversion.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor website conversion rates, channel performance, and digital booking trends.
- Provide insights to the Revenue team to support pricing and distribution strategy.
Distribution Support
- Work closely with Revenue to ensure correct rate loading, promotions, and parity across platforms.
- Support testing of new channel tools, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience
- 3-5+ years in hotel e-commerce, digital marketing, or online distribution.
- Experience with OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia).
- Experience with hotel booking engines and website Content Management Systems.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution and online booking behaviour.
- Familiar with channel managers, RMS environments, and PMS systems (G3 & Opera).
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid search, and meta search.
Analytical Skills
- Comfortable analysing conversion data, traffic sources, and digital performance metrics.
- Able to translate data into practical commercial actions.
Personal Skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation.
- Strong coordination skills between Revenue & Marketing.
