We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our eCommerce team.

Your role as a Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist

As a Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the brand’s digital presence and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Through content creation, campaign coordination, and customer communications, you will help strengthen brand visibility, engage our community of pet parents, and support the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand activations. Your creativity, strong organizational skills, as well as your passion for content creation and digital platforms, along with your love for pets, will be key to succeeding in this role!

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, short-form videos) while coordinating with creative partners when needed.
• Monitor social media performance and optimise content based on insights.

CRM & Customer Communications

• Plan and execute email newsletters, Viber campaigns, and other digital communications.
• Manage and optimise CRM automations and lifecycle marketing flows.

Digital Campaigns & Website Content

• Support the rollout of digital campaigns, promotions, and marketing activations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and contribute to the optimisation of website content and SEO elements.

Performance Monitoring

• Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. GA4) and provide insights for continuous optimisation.

Brand Campaigns & Events

• Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.
• Assist in the promotion and organisation of brand initiatives and adoption events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an eCommerce company or digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience with social media content creation and digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation flows.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital campaign performance.
• Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 to monitor marketing performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of brand communication principles and maintaining brand consistency across campaigns and digital touchpoints.
• Exposure to brand campaigns, activations, events, or product launches will be considered a strong plus.
