The Community Operations Associate position is operationally critical and directly connected to the quality, trust, and consistency of our user experience across markets.
🔎We are seeking a professional with demonstrated experience in demanding customer-facing roles, ideally within B2C, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
🎯The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in support or operations environments
- Can manage complex cases and escalations with clarity and composure
- Demonstrates sound judgment and autonomy, knowing when to take initiative and when to escalate
- Learns policies, processes, and case frameworks quickly and applies them consistently
- Is comfortable working within KPI driven structures and service level expectations
📌 Scope of the Role
The role focuses on community and operational execution across Greece and Bulgaria, with a strong phone-based component.
💬Key responsibilities include:
- Translation to and from Bulgarian
- Onboarding of first-time sellers in Greece and Bulgaria, primarily via phone communication
- Bulgarian content review and editing
- Auxiliary support to business accounts when required
- Customer support assistance, including Europe support, during periods of lower operational workload
- Systematic recording and structuredreporting of operational metrics and user insights
- Proactive feedback calls with users to collect qualitative insights and communicate findings to the Community and Product teams
🧨Requirements
- Fluency in Greek, Bulgarian and English
- Previous experience in demanding customer support,operational and sales roles is considered an asset
- Experience with reporting and structured documentation of insights
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment
- Based in Greece
