We are expanding our e-commerce team and are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist (On-site) to join our e-commerce team on-site and support the daily operation, optimization, and commercial execution of our online store.

🛒 Minimum 3 years of proven e-commerce experience required
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and acts as a key link between business, customer service, developers, and IT teams, ensuring that promotions, pricing, content, and platform improvements are implemented correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and monitor promotional and discount campaigns on the e-commerce platform.
• Create, update, and maintain brand pages in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the customer service team with order-related requests, including price adjustments and special cases.
• Implement and support promotional actions related to the loyalty program.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, content, and brand presentation across the e-shop.
• Act as the main point of contact with developers for e-shop improvements and optimizations.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and validate implementations before go-live.
• Perform functional testing and quality checks to ensure all changes work correctly prior to release.
• Collaborate closely with the internal IT / ERP team to support integrations, data flows, pricing, and availability that impact the e-shop.
• Identify operational issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance platform performance and user experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar e-commerce role (e-shop operations, administration, or coordination).
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and back-office systems.
• Strong understanding of promotions, pricing rules, and discount mechanisms.
• Experience working with developers and validating technical implementations.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and ERP systems at a functional level.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to test and validate changes before go-live.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability for on-site work.
Nice to Have
• Previous experience with the Netvolution e-commerce platform.
• Experience with fashion or apparel e-commerce.
• Experience in a retail or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
