Gant E-commerce & Digital Manager (Notos Com Group - Apparel Division)

 

Summary Description:

As an E-commerce & Digital Manager, you will support the E-shop by maintaining and improving website functionality, as well as managing annual digital marketing plans, programs, and strategies to grow the business. This position will have a strategic role in building the brand storytelling, eshop, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Nopcommerce WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they impact online sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Solid communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends such as personalization, chatbots, or AI-driven shopping experiences.
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience managing omnichannel campaign development and execution (e.g., campaign/project timelines, budgets, media plans, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall e-commerce business and direct day-to-day operations, ensuring proper site merchandising, promotions, content, product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Implementing digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Liaison and manage ecommerce agency for the effective ecommerce launch.
  • Act as a liaison between departments such as IT, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer journey. 
  • Work with technical teams to fix website problems, implement new features, and ensure the site is optimized for performance. 
  • Insight and analytics – defining who the customer is, where they come from, what they do on site etc. and then create strategies around this.
  • Manage loyalty scheme and optimizations.
  • Partner with the product and planning teams to define and optimize the web/some daily marketing calendar.
  • Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Plan, Create, Monitor, and optimize social media activities.
  • Build strategy around driving the e-com business that incorporates the Brand's objectives.
  • Optimize the customer's path to purchase.
  • Work on competitor benchmarking & reporting.
