• E-commerce
  • Ensure the e-shop is fully updated with new products (titles, photos, descriptions)
  • Regularly review the website and recommend structural, visual, and content improvements
  • Implement and maintain offers available in the e-shop and the ERP

• ERP Consulting
  • Provide solutions and handle everyday issues as they arise
  • Maintain ERP data and use the importer tool to apply mass changes to data, e-shop filters and categories
  • Oversee ERP migration to the new server
  • Liaise with Epsilonnet to update ERP functionalities
  • Develop scripts to enable the import of new fields
  • Edit print layouts and data fields in ERP digital transaction documents

• IT Systems & Solutions
• Perform weekly server backup
• Manage IT system maintenance and upgrades
• Oversee email migration and mailbox management
• Manage and update software licences (Adobe, Windows, Office, Antivirus, Bartender)
• Administer document access rights
• Regularly assess company/user needs to recommend new software or hardware

• Newsletters
  • Ensure Brevo mailing lists are kept up to date with the latest reflect the latest customer database  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• MS Office & Excel skills
• ERP & CRP Systems (knowledge of EPSILON ERP system preferred)
• Fluent Greek and English
• Previous experience in Food / DIY / Arts & Crafts industries ideal but not essential
