Your Role:
As a Sales Representative at Otiro, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe by introducing our comprehensive IT solutions to prospective clients. This is a strategic, high-impact role suited for a results-driven professional who excels in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
You will have the autonomy to develop your own sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing meaningful deals. Unlike traditional high-volume sales environments, this position emphasises quality over quantity, focusing on tailored solutions that address complex business needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, marketing, and technical experts, to deliver value-driven proposals and ensure client success.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across Europe
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Pitch Otiro’s cybersecurity and IT managed service offerings with confidence
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
- Attend industry events (virtual and in-person) to network and generate leads
- Work with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Track and report sales activity through CRM tools
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter attitude, not afraid to chase leads and open doors
- Understanding of the IT/cybersecurity landscape (preferred, but open to training the right person)
