E-Commerce Assistant | LΙΤΟ Fine Jewelry

Lito Fine Jewelry, a distinguished brand renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and artistic approach to fine jewelry, is seeking an E-commerce Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to support the daily operations of our online store.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and well-organized professional who is passionate about e-commerce, customer experience, and luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings (descriptions, photos, prices, stock availability).
• Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Conduct regular website checks to ensure functionality and content accuracy.
• Support the creation of product pages and promotional content.
• Organize and manage digital assets (banners, product images).
• Coordinate product photoshoots and oversee smooth execution.
• Prepare basic reports on website traffic and sales performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries (via email or phone) in a professional and timely manner.  
• Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product-related questions.
• Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure a seamless shopping journey and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
