GEPAWORLD, the driving force behind GSA and JEPA sportswear, is seeking a dedicated Digital & E-commerce Executive to support and advance our online operations. This role reports to senior leadership and is integral to enhancing our digital presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Digital Strategy: Translate overarching digital plans into actionable tasks across all online channels.
• E-shop Management: Oversee product listings, ensure seamless UX, handle routine updates, and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Marketplace Operations & Development: : Manage day-to-day operations on markeplaces platforms —including inventory management, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and vendor relations. Identify, evaluate and onboard new marketplace channels; negotiate terms, ensure compliance, integrate with our e-commerce systems and develop market-specific launch plans.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with content, design, logistics, and external agencies to maintain brand consistency.
• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly KPI reports using Google Analytics and related tools, highlighting insights and recommendations.
• Innovation & Testing: Evaluate emerging digital tools and trends; propose and execute pilot projects to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing or e-commerce roles, with demonstrable success in campaign execution, platform management and marketplace operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and marketplace integrations (Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, etc.).
• Analytical & Creative Aptitude: Ability to interpret data and translate findings into creative, performance-driven initiatives.
• Marketplace Expertise: Proven track record in managing established marketplaces and launching new channels.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Greek and English; adept at presenting complex information clearly.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Industry Interest: Enthusiasm for sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly advantageous.
