Key Responsibilities:

As the Shopping and CX Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience across AB Vasilopoulos’ digital platforms and ensuring that customer journeys areseamless, intuitive, and efficient. Your main duties include:

• Owning the Digital Customer Journey: Manage the full customer journey from initial interaction to order placement across platforms such as the AB Vasilopoulos website and mobile application.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and digital experts to align business goals with product features and customer needs.
• Product Vision Development: Support the development of a clear product vision and product roadmap for e-commerce and customer experience.
• Managing the Product Backlog: Prioritize user stories, features, and technical tasks in the product backlog to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement across e-commerce and customer experience platforms and drive improvements to ensure increased customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage customer feedback and analytics to inform ongoing product optimization and feature enhancements.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in product ownership and digital experiences. Key qualifications include:

•  Proficiency in E-Commerce and Customer Experience: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, user experience (UX) design, and customer journey optimization.
• Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe) and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience in Large-Scale Organizations: Previous experience in a large enterprise environment, ideally in the retail industry.
• Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across various departments.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical fields (Master's degree is a plus).
