Junior Performance Marketing Specialist


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or economics or communication.

· A master’s degree would be an asset.

· 1-2 years of prior work experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital media campaigns and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Programmatic).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.

· Experience in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.

· Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) would be a significant plus.

· Proficient English.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales).

· Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across

various channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Programmatic.

• Oversee the entire digital acquisition customer journey, from initial advertisement

to landing page.

• Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return

on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates to achieve business objectives.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective ad creatives

and landing page content that clearly communicates our brand and value proposition.

• Upload and maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information on the company

website.

• Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio,

and Excel to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and

performance advertising.
