The position is responsible for fulfilling e-commerce orders. This includes picking, packing, and labeling as well as preparing daily sale reports and monitoring order status. The candidate should also coordinate with stores’ teams to seek items if they are not available at the warehouse.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience/knowledge in e-com environment
• Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to read instructions and report issues

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Keep records of completed orders. 
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
• Reports on any mechanical problems.
• Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch.
• Oversees stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily sales report.
• Work closely with customer service.
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.
