Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment process, including invoicing, payments and returns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, and returns, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the content management activities by handling content updates & web merchandising elements.
  • Provide support in preparing reports.
  • Suggest improvements to the customer journey.
  • Work with internal & external partners to keep the website up to date.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Wordpress etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Would Be Considered a Plus:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites.
  • Experience with image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva).
